Paulette goes above and beyond the call of nursing. She's an excellent nurse, caring towards her patients, and a wonderful human being. She works hard and always has a smile on her face to let me and other patients feel better. I hope this hospital appreciates her as much as I do. Wonderful woman, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I needed a comb to do my hair, but there wasn't one on this floor, so she was willing to bring me one from home! So sweet! But, then I looked in my purse and found one; we both laughed.
