Paulette's caring heart does not stop at patient care. She is always there to pick someone up and extend a helping hand. She is willing to step up and take on tasks and responsibilities when others are having an off day. She is the first to act to find a solution when a patient is unhappy or in need. She has shown compassion on a daily basis since my first day at RHI to not only me but her co-workers and patients.

She is extremely kind and welcoming to new staff which is so important. I always receive positive feedback from others on how she takes so much time to teach and explain until they understand or “get it”. I have seen her professionally grow into a clinical charge nurse role and support her team 1000% percent. Her positive attitude and teamwork are amazing and she goes above and beyond every day and is truly a great role model for us all.

Paulette comes to work with a great attitude and smiles daily with patients and staff. She steps up when RHI is in need of moving staff to different units and never complains. She always “Stops in her tracks” when she hears someone call her name and always gives her full attention. We are very lucky to have her at RHI providing the great patient care that we strive for in our organization. Many would say that she is a nurse superhero. We all love her for being that wonderful nursing role model for RHI.
