Pauline has been the best nurse to interact with my father. She is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. She has gone out of her way to ensure that the family is aware of what is going with my father's care, as well as going out of her way to care for my father. My father has been in the ICU for 4 weeks and we have been very impressed with Pauline. She is understanding of my father's disabilities and was truly meant to be an ICU nurse. Her care and compassion have touched us in more ways than one. There is no way I would be able to thank the entire ICU and Pauline for their exceptional care they have provided to my father in this trying time. Thank you again, Pauline, for everything!
