The treatment of my mother was exceptional, warm, caring, professional and one I will never forget. When you have a loved one in the hospital, it is stressful beyond belief. Pauline cared for my family member as if she was her own. She also explained the process every step of the way by keeping us informed. Pauline is exceptional, and I felt relieved knowing that she was caring for my mother. Pauline is BAR NONE!

I watched Pauline as she interacted with my mother. She was so patient. Pauline, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of the woman who gave birth to me.
