Payton B. Strickland, RN

Payton Strickland was so good to my 85 year old father during his stay on his floor. He was quick to respond to everything he needed. He made sure to bring any medical issues he noticed to the doctor. Dad had to be moved during the night to ICU due to him going into Afib. Dad was also having issues going to the bathroom. Payton jumped in to help get that problem solved before moving him. Once dad was moved and Payton’s shift was over, he made a point to come check on dad before he left for the day. Dad likes to cut up with people to make them laugh. Payton realized it, and began to say things to make dad laugh too. Laughter is some of the best medicine and Payton knows how to dispense it!
