Payton was very kind and very helpful from the moment I arrived at the hospital. Even though I wasn’t assigned to her, she immediately offered to help get me settled into my room. Throughout my first couple days, she was always checking up on me, not just on my physical status but more importantly on my mental status by sitting and talking to me about how I was feeling and helping me to get through the experiences I was facing being back in the hospital. She was very selfless, considerate, and generous. I greatly appreciated the connection that she made such a big effort to establish with me. She definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!
