Pearl always smiles and laughs with her patients. She takes very good care of them. She had a very difficult patient with a difficult IV stick, but she explained why we needed to restart and laughed and joked with the patient while the IV was being started.

Pearl always goes above and beyond the call of an RN. She is compassionate and caring. Patients will ask for her by name.

Pearl took care of me for a few nights during my hospitalization. Her smile and positive attitude made me feel so much better even though I was so ill. And when it got tough for me she sat on the couch beside me and cried right with me. I was truly blessed to have her as my nurse and even more to have her as my co-worker.
