Pebbles has excelled as a nurse in her informational systems informatics role. She is vital for advocating for front-line communication and reduction of duplicity when charting sensitive patient information. She is excellent at collaboration. She improves patient care by assisting with streamlining required charting HPI, thus providing more accurate and timely documentation. She works diligently and modestly and has been vital to many improvements at Logan Medical Center and Logan System. She is a pleasure to work with. She is excellent with clinicians, clinical staff and a bridge with the importance of Informational Systems and electronic medical records.

Workloads would be even more challenging without her hard work. I would love to recognize Pebbles for all of her hard work and above and beyond skills and talent. We so often recognize frontline individuals but are unaware of the "behind the scenes" nurses who work on daily improvements.

While no longer on the frontlines, she is an integral part of supporting frontline staff, patients, and families' clinical care through information systems. She understands the roles of nurses and gives them a voice in streamlining and improving our EHR system. This then leads to great care for our patients and their families. She makes the frustrations of documentation and EHR better in real ways and is always seeking ways to improve it for both staff and patients. She communicates clearly, concisely, and kindly. Always willing to try and provide solutions and is a valuable team player. I've found her to be a delight to work with, and my collaboration with her is crucial.
