The nurses on this unit consistently demonstrate exceptional commitment to patient-centered and safe patient care, ensuring that every child and family feels heard, supported, and respected during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Whether caring for children bravely fighting cancer, supporting patients recovering from complex surgeries, or compassionately guiding adolescents through eating disorder treatment, the nurses serve as strong patient advocates who tailor care to each child's unique physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
They combine compassion with evidence-based practice, staying current with best practices to deliver the highest quality care while maintaining safety and dignity.
