I would like to give recognition to the amazing and kind staff in the pediatric unit. Every single nurse, doctor, and nurse practitioner had a true bedside manner, and in the end, they all felt like family. They made a stressful situation light and handled my daughter gently and kindly. All the staff made our stay easy, they all left an impact on us. The team was extremely attentive and compassionate and provided the utmost patient experience. My daughter thought she was staying at a 5-star hotel. I can't express my gratitude as a mom; this is a very overwhelming experience, however the team made us all comfortable.
