My father has been at Alliant for about a week and Pedro has been a positive and inspiring presence throughout that time. Pedro makes sure to answer our questions, take proactive steps to lookout for my father, and make us feel welcome when we sit by the bedside. I feel Pedro is looking out for the best interests of my dad during this very difficult time. Thank you to Pedro, you are a healthcare hero!

Pedro is unfailingly kind, always willing to answer my questions, explain procedures, and give updates on my family member’s condition. Pedro uses their extensive nursing knowledge to go above and beyond when providing care and noticing changes in my family member’s condition. My family knows that our family member is receiving excellent and compassionate care from Pedro and they are truly a DAISY Nurse.

Pedro is the perfect example of humanity at work. They recently offered medical attention to another passenger on a flight and helped to stabilize them until the pilot could make an emergency landing. I have witnessed Pedro meeting a patient and family member upon admission. Pedro introduced themselves, welcomed them to our hospital, and assured them they would take great care of the new patient. this clearly helped to provide them with peace of mind. Pedro leads by example and is always willing to pitch in to help other team members anytime they ask. Pedro always goes above and beyond to take care of their patients from the most important to the minor details. They are caring and compassionate. They treat everyone with respect and maintain a positive attitude, even during difficult situations.
