During our stay, Peggy cared for us a couple of times. I tend to have a stubborn streak in me, and I loved how Peggy dealt with that. Although we had only met her, by the end of our stay she almost felt like an addition to the family. She made absolutely sure that I knew at all times that she was by my side. She was reassuring, encouraging and "lovingly stern" when she needed to be. She put my entire family completely at ease when she was around. During my stay I had an issue that needed attention; Peggy ran down the hall to tend to me and let me know she was right there! It blew me away! We are so grateful for her outstanding care! Thank you!
