Recently I had a conversation with a former nurse from North. She was happy in her new position and said that when she started her new job she was looking for her "Peggy". She went on to tell me that Peggy Hoffman was the person she could always count on for support and expertise. This nurse told me that Peggy never made her feel uncomfortable about asking a question or seeking help. She said that Peggy would always take the time to listen and many times stopped what she was doing to help out. To this nurse, Peggy was a teacher, mentor, and friend. Something we could all use.
