I want to personally thank you, Peggy, for providing amazing care during my recovery, postop hysterectomy. I was so very scared; my anxiety was horrifying, for reasons you didn't know. But yet, you had a gift of patience, understanding and pure caring that day. 14-yrs ago, my 6-week old daughter died at that hospital, unexpectedly after receiving antibiotics IV in the ED for a fever they couldn't find the cause of. She died in my arms and it has unfortunately left me permanently scarred with fear. I am so very grateful for you making me feel so safe and easing my fears that day.
