Peggy Patton, RN

I was admitted to a swing bed at Mercy Carthage Hospital after having a stroke. I couldn't stand or walk. My nurse was Peggy. She was a very positive, very pleasant person, and she told me I was going to get better. She assisted me in my memory of the day, the month, and the year, where I was, and, more importantly, who I was. She is a very dedicated, professional, and very compassionate and caring.

Extraordinary, loving, patient, and kind. Had a bad day after I had a mini stroke on Saturday, after knee surgery. We talked about our failing and needing church membership; after we said a scripture verse and a prayer. She is one of the best! Without her as a nurse, I don't think I could have lasted being here 3 weeks
