Penny provided exceptional care to a patient and her family after the patient had undergone major surgery. While in the SICU, both the patient and family members had many questions and concerns regarding her recovery. Penny far exceeded their expectations by meeting all of their needs and answering questions in layman's terms. She made everyone involved feel well cared for and reassured during a difficult time.
