Throughout our entire stay at the MSU ward, LT Quinton has gone above and beyond from checking on my own well being in addition to my daughter (the patient). She takes all of my concerns and questions and finds answers or alternatives when the first option does not work out as we would like. She always has a warm smile that is welcomed during the stress of having my newborn admitted to an inpatient unit. When my husband and son come to visit each day, she makes sure my husband understands what has been discussed with the pediatrician. She also engages with my older son, so he isn't left out during this transition period in our family. Additionally, her knowledge of infants makes her an asset in trying different methods for some of my daughter's problems. Any parent would benefit from LT Quinton being on duty while their child is admitted to the MSU ward.
