Peng-Po "Jack" Chen, RN

Jack is an incredible nurse! He goes above and beyond for his patients. Every time I have had Jack as my nurse, he personally goes to the doctor with the requests I need and explains them so that I always get the help and care I need. He doesn’t just message and slack off. He truly cares and does everything possible to help you as a patient. Jack listens and is attentive. He doesn’t judge what is needed to help. He makes you feel at ease and taken care of and makes Redlands Community a 10/10 experience.
