From the time of admission, Pennie was supportive and informative. She constantly checked on me to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. When I received my epidural, Pennie was calm, held me, and encouraged me.
After her shift, she checked on me and got our baby a hat and blanket! Without Pennie the very difficult labor would have been unmanageable, with Pennie, it was as good as it could have been.
