Penny went above and beyond in responding not only to concerns I had when I arrived but also to mental health concerns I have that have been untreated for years. She advocated on my behalf and I am now being treated for PTSD, Stress, and Anxiety. She is respectful to me, explaining everything that she is doing for me, asks if I have any questions, goes out of her way to ensure I am comfortable, and am knowledgeable in every aspect of the care I am receiving.
