One of the moments that stood out is when she came in one night while I was in pain. Swollen feet, throbbing right shoulder. She checked both and said, "Can I rub lotion to help? I can only give you Tylenol (she did) but maybe this will help." She did. She has soft hands, a big smile, and a big heart. All of these qualities came through and she personally made my stay so pleasant.
