Penny looked after me during my labour with a cryptic pregnancy (I didn't know I was pregnant until I was in labour) the baby was breech and she advocated for me to avoid a c-section. The baby was delivered vaginally and with ease!
Penny also ensured that the baby and I got as much early bonding in as possible, leaving us to enjoy a golden hour of skin-to-skin. She also managed to source some clothes and nappies for the baby so he at least had something to wear until my family came with supplies later that day. I'll never forget Penny and her kindness that night! My baby was born, and 11 weeks later, it's like he's always been here.
