My father was admitted to the hospital for a few days on 4th floor. My father has had some not-so-good experiences at the hospital, but I would like to take the time to say how wonderful Penny has been. She takes her job very seriously and treats my dad with the utmost respect. She always put a smile on my dad's face. I know how things can be and get working in healthcare because I am a home care provider, but not once did Penny show attitude, frustration, or any type of negativity. Penny always had a smile that brightened the room and took EXCELLENT care of my father. For that, she very much deserves recognition.
