Penny is the best nurse in the facility with her warm, mothering personality and her strong work ethic I relied on. Penny was my nurse 3 days while I was here. She was like a mother to me. Although my own mother was with me, it was nice having a nurse who took care of me like her daughter. Penny got everything done. She made sure I got better. She cared if I was in pain. She always came up with innovative ideas to make sure I was not in pain with workarounds and suggestions. She always came to work looking nice and smelling good. She is like a mother. She always called and requested what I needed and got the job done. I slept trusting the facility when she was here for her shift. I had the best experience because of her. Penny is a caring nurse. She trained me about my meds and how to get through my night without her. Penny was the light of my life while I was here. I love her and cannot imagine experiencing being in a hospital without her. I love her smile and bubbly personality. I really felt safe with her here with me. Penny makes your facility and she is the best nurse here.
