Penny Pipkin, ASN, RN, RNC-OB

In 2020, we delivered our first child in this hospital, and during this time, Penny made us feel right at home. She was very responsive to our needs and handled every situation with complete care. Penny was reliable and extremely time efficient. Once hearing her name during our second time of being in this hospital, we immediately knew we were in good hands.

During this experience, we endured a stillbirth situation. Penny was very compassionate to our circumstances. When we needed help, she rushed to our aid and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. There were further complications my wife experienced after we were transferred to Penny's unit, and Penny handled that situation with complete professionalism. Penny is absolutely amazing at going above and beyond with her duties, and we are delighted to come back to this hospital again just to have her as a part of our team for growing our family.

Before our last day in the hospital, Penny personally came to our room to check up on us and extend her love for our family in a unique and wonderful way, that I know neither my wife nor I will ever forget.
