In May I was working on my unit. It was a very busy day. There were only two nurses on my unit. We had two rapid response calls, one combative patient and several problems arise. Penny left the unit to come over and help us during this difficult time. Penny was a team player and so helpful. Her hard work was very much appreciated. She doesn't work on our unit but I feel she went above and beyond to help. Penny is an asset.
