Pepper provided generous care today when I brought a patient to the clinic due to a new wound/cut occurring either before or during therapy. Although, I could have potentially taken care of dressing the wound myself, I was hoping for a little more expertise in terms of dressing and education re: healing/infection, etc. I had another patient who was somewhat in distress. Pepper provided excellent, compassionate care to this patient, and truly made me feel supported. I know last-minute needs/requests can be frustrating at times, and Pepper expressed nothing but willingness and care in helping out with this situation. Much gratitude!
