Often working behind the scenes, this team plays a critical yet sometimes unseen role in supporting patients, families, surgeons, and anesthesia providers throughout the surgical experience. Their willingness to step beyond scheduled hours, with grace, professionalism, and dignity, reflects a deep commitment to those they serve.
Their outcomes speak volumes. Over the past year, the team has achieved zero surgical site infections and zero serious safety events, an extraordinary accomplishment that highlights their vigilance, expertise, and dedication to best practices.
