I was admitted to Ward 2A last week and Peta was one of my nurses. She was always happy and took my concerns for my unknown condition very seriously and made sure I was pain-free and comfortable. One of the things I remember very well was asking a very busy nurse for a cup of coffee as I had not had anything. The coffee arrived within minutes with a beautiful smile included. As one of her colleagues commented to me, Peta was born to be a nurse.
I am sure she will say she is just doing her job, but I believe she is a true DAISY Nurse.
