Peter came down to CCA to place a PICC line in a patient. After the line was placed, Peter, without being asked or without hesitation helped with medical care on multiple patients. While still placing peripheral IVs and helping with the placement of an arterial line, the whole time Peter had a smile on his face! This dedication to patient care is nothing but true five-star service! We are lucky to have him here at IRMC. Thanks, Peter, for the help.

Peter with the IV team is a positive person. He is always willing to help when needed. He has never said no to us when calling for IVs, PICCs, or Midlines. One patient was really sick and Peter came instantly and followed us to the ICU to remove an old PICC.

I am yet again very thankful for the team player that Peter is. The primary nurse called for a patient who needed an 18gauge IV for a CT and Peter showed up within 30 minutes. He's always willing to help and has a great attitude!

Peter has sincere compassion for the patients he cares for. He genuinely cares for these patients, evident in his calm demeanor and soothing tone. Numerous patients have commented (after he has inserted a PICC or midline) on how he made them feel so comfortable and relaxed. There have been many occasions I have called Peter to insert a line or help with a difficult peripheral IV insertion and he always is so pleasant and agreeable. He is a true asset to IRMC!
