According to his coworkers, you cannot be in a bad mood around Peter. His personality—especially his humor—won’t let you. It’s obvious that he is an outstanding clinical nurse through the care he provides, but what stands out about Peter is that he truly (and obviously) has fun at work. Some days, he’ll begin the morning shift with a staff dance-off. Together, the team dances to music to set a positive tone for the day. Peter also has the remarkable ability to put a funny, light-hearted spin on any situation, making his patients and coworkers laugh and smile. He is the type of nurse that both patients and staff alike feel lucky to be around.
