Peter Gaffney, RN

This year, I had to spend my birthday in the hospital due to surgery complications. My nurse, Pete, is the ONLY reason it was made special by the medical staff. He put a smile on my face every time he came into my room, always providing supportive, upbeat, and compassionate bedside care. I thank God for having Pete as my nurse. Without his support and encouragement, I fear my pain and sadness would have been the focus of my birthday. Pete is just the best!
