Our daughter was admitted on Thursday evening after 5 long hours in the E.R. We were tired, hungry and not very patient. Peter Harmon was patient, kind, thorough, but most importantly he listened and reassured me that my daughter would be taken care of that evening. He promised me her monitor would not go off that evening and he kept his promise. He promised me he would be quiet when he entered the room and he was. After a long day and unexpected admission, he provided me peace of mind that I desperately needed.
