The blood bank staff was shocked to find one of their staff falling to the floor. A call was placed to trauma to send help. Peter picked up the phone call, calm and collected. He was asked to send help; even though it was not his job or the correct department, he could sense the urgency. He went above and beyond to respond and check on the patient firsthand. He made sure the patient was taken care of and the correct team promptness and was contacted to get the patient in the right hands. His dedication saved a life.
