Peter always goes above and beyond. I called and asked him to listen out for me as we might be intubating a patient in the Neuro Step Down unit. Even though he had his own full patient assignment he came out of the ICU, gathered the needed equipment and lent his calm and reassuring presence to the new RN caring for the patient. This is just one of the number of times Peter comes to assist all staff. He goes above and beyond for both his patient's and their families as well as his colleagues. He is someone we know we can depend on!
