Petra’s compassion and patient-centered approach to providing care was a real game changer to my patient experience. She was very caring and patient, and she was clinically proficient. She proactively met many of my needs and was also a great listener. Petra’s holistic approach to my care went above and beyond to support my recovery- spanning mind, body, and spirit. Petra takes the time to ensure her patients are comfortable and well cared for. She makes it a point to touch my husband lovingly beyond what is required for his care. The love and care she displays help keep him calm and reassure him that he is safe.

I was admitted to ICU for two days for a heart attack. Petra provided constant excellent care, helped me overcome fears and concerns, and helped me begin my recovery. She is an exemplar of her profession and your organization.
