Trina Simnacher made our stay outstanding. First, the floor was full, very busy with many ill patients, yet each time Trina came in, we felt like Mom was her only patient. Trina took her time, explaining procedures and medications, never rushing through the process. I'm sure she had many other patients to tend to. She visited with us in such a friendly manner.
One of the most notable qualities of Mom's stay was when Trina told her, "I've finished with all my poking and you need to get some rest, so I'll see you after a while, but please don't hesitate to call if you need me." It is so refreshing to know Mom would be able to rest uninterrupted.
