Peyton Boone, BSN

Our 3-year-old was recently in the PICU for 5 days; Peyton was his night shift nurse for almost his entire stay. She was so patient and kind. She explained everything so clearly that he understood and wasn't scared. On the last night, she found out his favorite song was “Jesus Loves Me,” and she sang with him. Every time she walked out of the room, he smiled and mentioned how she was his favorite. You can truly tell by her actions that she loves what she does and is where she is meant to be.
