From the first moment this nurse walked into my room and introduced himself, he offered medical care as well as an ear to listen, a hand on my shoulder, showing me that he completely understands the hospital's slogan "Dignity Health" is so much more than mere words. He enjoys making his patients smile and feel better.

I would like to nominate Phat because he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous in all his care of my wife. He was always professional and answered/explained what procedure he was performing. He always kept me informed as to the status and tests that were done. He always answered all questions and made sure the family was receiving everything we need and/or requested. We enjoyed his professionalism, his smile (through the week), happiness, humor, and last but not least his absolute care and attentiveness!!
