His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to patient care made a profound impact on our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Phil demonstrated integrity by ensuring our father was treated with dignity and respect in every aspect of his care. He provided honest and clear communication, helping us navigate difficult decisions with understanding. His compassion was evident in every interaction—not only with our father but with our entire family.

Phil offered comforting words, gentle reassurance, and a calm presence that brought us peace in an incredibly emotional time. His kindness and empathy went beyond his professional duty; it was truly heartfelt.

One of the things that stuck out was that Phil said to us, “Don't watch the monitor, spend time with him.” In that moment, we knew our father was in excellent hands! Thank you so much, Phil.
