Phil consistently provides our unique patient population with exceptional care every shift he comes to work. He treats his patients as if they were part of his family. He is very dedicated to his work, has amazing customer service and excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and patients. He is hardworking, never too busy to help a colleague or patient. He is the first person to race into a room, whether it's his patient or not during a code or RRT situation. His dedication towards work is beyond compare. No matter how heavy his workload is, he never lets it impact his patient care and he always keeps his kind, patient-centered demeanor. He doesn't just listen to our patients he anticipates their needs before they ask him. His positive attitude is infectious on the unit.
