Phil Rios, RN

Phil took care of my dad in the ICU while he was at his worst in terms of his desire to live. We were unable to convince my dad that while he was in extreme pain, he could get better. Phil was able to get through to him and completely change the trajectory. Phil was so kind and caring. He made the extra effort to explain what he was doing, what medication he was giving and why, and what my dad could expect. Phil went above and beyond. I am extremely grateful that Phil was able to convince him that he was going to recover and gave my dad the will to live.
