Philberta Noble, RN

This is the most hardworking nurse whose empathy is endless. Even when a patient isn’t hers and needs help, she runs to their need. She treats every patient like they’re her own child, and many of them tell her how she makes them comfortable and at ease. She always leaves the room making sure they have everything they need and then some. She is always very patient with her preceptees and welcomes them into the nursing profession with open arms. She is one of the best and most helpful preceptors. Even when she is going through personal things, she still gives her all everyday she comes into work. She deserves this award and every reward, and it would be a great celebration after some pain in her personal life she went through this year and because she will retire soon. Her career should go out with a bang. She is one of the loveliest human beings.
