I just can't say enough about Phil and his staff. Phil is attentive and caring and handles my issues with knowledge and speed. He seems to be a very knowledgeable teacher while being open to questions. I am most impressed with his caring, patience, and compassion for my 100-year-old roommate. He identifies with her pain and can understand her when she babbles. He even tries to bring her back to the present. This has been one of my better hospital experiences because of the staff AND mostly Phil, the bright spot in the day!!!
