When Phillip walked in each night, our minds were at ease. He helped translate what was happening and terms doctors used as well as concisely telling us his concerns for the night. He took amazing care of my mother and helped my family feel at ease. Phillip was able to keep my mother stable until my family had prepared themselves for the inevitable. Before she passed, Phillip made my mother chuckle and feel well taken care of. He made our family feel welcomed and informed and treated us with care and special hands during this difficult time.
