Phil was so relaxed and wonderful with our very scared little girl. She had several needle sticks and he had her laughing and relaxed the entire time. He treated her as his own child and went above and beyond in every way. We are very thankful to have had a nurse like him.

Phil cared for my mother for 6 hours in the ER until she was admitted. He was kind and understanding at all times. Starting an IV on my mother is extremely difficult and he took great care with her and was successful without causing her pain. I felt like he treated her like he would treat his own mother. Phil was attentive and offered positive suggestions.

Phil was so great in the ER this summer when my 5 year old son needed stitches for a scalp laceration. He explained everything he was doing so my son trusted him. Phil made jokes and cheered us up. When it came time for the stitches, he helped calm my son down. He let him pick out his favorite color of coban (red), and my son exclaimed, “Phil, you did a great job!”
