Phil was very calming. He touched my shoulder and just looked in my eyes and told me he wasn't taking any chances on losing me. Even though I was bradycardic, I wasn't afraid anymore because I knew he was watching over me. He turned a very scary situation into a manageable one. There aren't enough words to thank him for that gesture.
