"Phil" as she is known to her coworkers is one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever known. When conversing with her patients Phil smiles and makes eye contact that helps her patients feel comfortable with her. She uses a kind tone of voice and speaks in a positive fashion. She respects her patient's wishes and treats them like equals and human beings. A really great trait that Phil has is a crazy dry sense of humor which she shows on a daily basis. Phil is a kind and compassionate nurse every day and her patients appreciate and love her.
