My dad and I came to the Emergency Department due to extreme pain and discomfort in his abdomen. We were immediately taken to a room to have a new catheter inserted due to his inability to pass urine for at least 48 hours. When we arrived at our room we were met by Phoebe, who jumped in without hesitation to assist the housekeeping staff with cleaning his room and assisted with getting a new catheter in. Phoebe showed great care and compassion and understanding of the need for immediate care. Thank you, Phoebe, for your hard work; it is greatly appreciated.
