Pheobe has demonstrated her excellence in her field throughout the entire time my mom was in the ICU. Her ability to treat my mom (while on a vent) showed a level of compassion that I've never seen before in this industry. She is the most patient person we have seen and had the ability to make my entire family feel better about our situation the second she walked into the room. Her professionalism, compassion, knowledge, and ability to connect with families truly helped us all and we will truly remember her forever.
